{SURVEYURL} not filling in emails for active survey was created by davidg1982

Why is it that my other token fields are filling in, but {SURVEYURL} is not? I have an active survey in progress, but it is no longer displaying the link for participants to go to the survey.
I have to say, I am embarrassed that there is a problem.
Thanks in advance. Please let me know what logs you want.
